We at MGM Film Funding are able to offer at this time, funding for Television projects.

In order for MGM Film Funding to even be able to consider your Television project,
we do have certain requirements that need to be met regarding your Television project.

If you don’t meet our requirements, we may not be able to help you.

These requirements are:

A complete business plan with bankable talents attached.
$10 Million minimum Television projects.
USA based projects ONLY.
You must have 10% + vested of your own funds in the project. NO exceptions!
Insurance in place.
Copies of all original agreements with Principal ( Brokers ).
POF's.
Executive summary.
Resume on all of the talents involved in project.
Your Television project must be picked up by or have a strong interest by a network.
LOI or LOC from a network.

Other documents and or requirements may be asked for at a later date.

No information will be shared or provided without certain documentations and or agreements
in place. NO exceptions!

No conference calls and or meetings will take place between any lender and or investor with any client without proper documentations in place.

These documentations will be NCND’s that will include all parties involved and Fee Agreements upon approval of your Television project. NO exceptions!

No changes of any kind and or type will be accepted to any of our agreements for any reason.
